PEACE, JERUSALEM AND A 2018 TURNING POINT

PROPHETIC CONVERGENCE

The subject may be strange, but it’s no longer reasonable  to dismiss outright  all speculation on apocalyptic scenarios. Someone recently did so to me on the basis that “apocalyptic millenarianism” and talk of end times has been doing the rounds for centuries.  Yes,  but it has never been able to do so with anything approaching the striking convergence of relevant factors currently in play, up to and including even the increase in quakes and volcanoes and now the potential mysteries of Israel’s seventieth year.

As only one recent example, Turkey’s president Erdogan who is drawing ever closer into alliance with Russia and Iran and who threatens a war of Crescent with Cross, convened a conference last month (May) of the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation). He called on members to take back Jerusalem for the Arabs.  The call embraced the Muslim world from Iran (biblical Persia) and Libya to North Sudan, but notably some Arab nations from the Gulf states were absent and apparently not on board with the policy – today they are closer to being allies of Israel against especially the  threat of Iran.

This situation appears to  correspond with remarkable exactitude to alliances envisaged for “the latter days” by  the prophet Ezekiel in especially Ezek 38. In it there is an alliance against Israel of the (now Muslim) regions of Gog and Magog (Turkey), Persia (Iran), Put (Libya) and Ethiopia (North Sudan) and then Rosh to Israel’s far north (Russia) while Sheba and Dedan  – Dedan corresponds to the Saudi/Gulf region –  stand apart from what takes place . They ask if those involved  are seeking spoils – which if modern relevance can be assumed could actually finish the case, since Russia and Turkey are now low on gas and oil and Israel is discovering these in its north and off its coastline.

THE JERUSALEM ISSUE

There is apocalyptic potential in just President Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital….or rather the now astonishing levels of international resistance to it. Beyond inevitable Muslim opposition the reaction represents a new, eminently post, non, or anti Christian response since biblically there can be little question about Israel’s well-attested, very ancient claims as regards the city and biblical statements to the effect Jerusalem is where YHWH puts his Name (1 Kings 11:36). America and Trump have not resigned from the UN’s Council for Human RIghts for nothing. It really has become a mouthpiece for too many notoriously unjust regimes which hypocritically pursue Israel relentlessly for the slightest alleged errors.  And  it is now almost  embarrassing when “Christian” nations and even the Pope (who has been so improbably friendly with Erdogan) question or ignore that. Yet that such is the situation  is  nevertheless again redolent of claims for “the latter days’ from prophets Joel and Zechariah that Jerusalem will become a point of contention and obsession, even a cup of staggering for the nations who will be against it. If most Christians don’t  acknowledge this blatantly clear point, it is either because prophetic elements of the bible don’t cross their horizon, or they don’t wish to be “political” and take sides.

But stirrer Trump is keen not only to establish Jerusalem as Israel’s natural, eternal capital  but to link this to “the deal of the century”,  an all-embracing peace treaty for the Middle East. It would indeed be remarkable to achieve that goal, but what would likely follow on its heels would be still more remarkably prophetic….

Israelis are increasingly disposed to regard Trump as a (sort of) “messianic” figure like King Cyrus of Persia whose policies  undid Israel’s Babylonian exile and permitted the building of the second temple. There’s little question it is now hoped and expected that the building of a third temple will soon become possible as a result of the peace treaty. (There are even debates whether the station of a new rail line due to pass near the Temple Mount area should be called Trump Station!). And a new temple would indeed have apocalyptic relevance. Rabbis have even been suggesting Israel’s now disturbed, unusual weather patterns are themselves a signal to messianic imminence.  One prominent rabbi has declared PM Netanyahu will be handing the sceptre to the Messiah soon. Expectation is helped by an understanding that prophecy is not just linear but cyclical (“what has been, will be” as Ecclesiastes puts it) and thus since Jeremiah correctly forecast  that divine favour would return to Israel “after seventy years”, the principle applies.  For modern Israel and its returned exiles seventy years ran out on May 14th so anything is possible from now on, they believe, and 2018 could prove specially eventful and blessed.

Whether you like or loathe, approve or disapprove him, it’s not mere fantasy to regard Trump as a man of destiny.  At his birth the asteroid Cyrus conjuncted the  messianic planet Jupiter (the Bethlehem Star) and directly, fortunately trined a tenth house (career/destiny/ reputation)  Tempel (sic) asteroid, itself conjunct Uranus (the originality and difference planet). Asteroid Jerusalem looks rather less significant for him until one realizes that its 2 Scorpio position places it for him in dynamic, tension-creating opposition to modern Israel’s natal conjunction of precisely Cyrus with Jerusalem. If it weren’t true all this would seem between improbable and impossible, certainly impossible to make up.  But then too, what is happening arguably belongs to the end of the era.

AN ERA’S END

Many would protest we are not in any “latter days” such as Ezekiel associates with the Gog/Magog war. But quite objectively we are at the end of one definition of an age, the Piscean. We are so even if Christians don’t care to acknowledge this and how it’s the same era whose inauguration was close to  Christ’s birth. The relevant symbolism undeniably fits and joins beliefs in end of era crises. The ruler of Pisces, Neptune, rules disappearances while the  ruler of Aquarius, Uranus, rules shocks and revolutions. Claims that the believing prepared will disappear (at the so-called Rapture, the hidden return of Christ) and that some years later the world will be shocked at the open manifestation of Christ in Jerusalem, could be said to agree with a Neptune/Uranus end and beginning of eras with the Aquarian era then identical with the biblical Millennium.

PEACE and  SECURITY

It was  perhaps coincidental but potentially significant, that President Trump’s Dec 6th speech on the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, included the phrase “peace and security”. Such of course belongs with the new policy’s aim. Trump aspires to changing the whole fraught picture for that region. He may well succeed. He has already troubled the waters in such a way that the result may now be a degree of confusion seeking new solutions or possibly even outright conflict (Iran is already vowing to destroy Israel on account of the Jerusalem claim) following which a new peace deal would be needed to resolve things more rapidly and radically than anything previously. Many American Christians assume their nation, long Israel’s chief ally, will be much involved in achieving the elusive peace and that Trump is now the vehicle for this.

Where fate is concerned, once again there’s an ignored, purely celestial reason supporting America’s belief. It is visible in the way that nation’s founding Venus (the peace factor in any chart), at 3 Cancer conjuncts Israel’s founding Venus at 4 Cancer giving affinities. Moreover America’s Venus conjuncts its own Jupiter at 5 Cancer.  This reflects  intrinsic optimism, good fortune, not to say  strong religious feeling attending such a venture.

However, reverting to the “peace and security” ideal which is already a mantra among  world leaders and bodies, this  is increasingly cited by prophecy buffs as signalling the end times and a  harbinger of the imminence of the so-called Rapture. This is said to occurs at a time when ‘sudden destruction” surprises “peace and security”. Undeniably the phrase is used by St Paul in Thessalonians (1 Thess 5:3), one of the places in which he refers to the global situation around the time of the sounding of “the Last Trump” (which almost sounds like a pun on the POTUS’ name!). If Trump now pulls off the hat trick of a measure of peace in the Far East with a peace treaty in the Middle East, people will be talking about peace and security.

NOW IN THE COLLECTIVE UNCONSCIOUS: A DISAPPEARANCE

I won’t try to summarize with all its variations Christian end times teaching. Sufficient to say that among those who pursue this line (many Christians discount it), there is a sufficiently large consensus that the Rapture, Transformation or Disappearance of the believing prepared occurs just before or after, but anyway around the time of, an historic peace accord for Israel that an Antichrist or false Messiah figure will subsequently confirm. There is also a broad consensus that the disappearance (itself now almost something in the collective unconscious in everything from New Age  anticipation of ‘The Event” to the mega popular Avengers 111 film with its mass disappearance engineered by an evil rather than a good God), cannot and will not occur unless the Rapture has occurred first. This was the scenario seen way back in 1980 in the alleged vision of the Tribulation period by Ken Peters, who to his visionary credit did see things relating to computers, flat screen TVs and army vehicles that were not relevant back then but are now.

One reason to give the crisis and deliverance expectation some benefit of the doubt is because this time around anticipation rather neatly corresponds to something which those calling themselves “watchmen on the wall” wouldn’t wish to consider.  It is nonetheless ironically one of the strangest and perhaps strongest cases for their expectation which will now either soon be proved true in 2018 or can be safely  put to rest for good.

In 1962 the late Catholic seeress, Jeane Dixon (most apocalyptic interest tends to be Protestant) claimed to have received the most important vision of her life, the point of whatever gifts she had, namely of the birth of ”The Child from the East”. Dixon was however alone in insisting this figure was the biblical Antichrist when  elsewhere in the world many were declaring the unique celestial signs of that time (5.2.1962) augured if not the end of the world, the birth of someone very special, likely a world teacher or avatar.

AN ANTI MESSIAH

For the reported birth Dixon supplied an exact time but no exact place, only “in the Middle East”, This was odd because having been taught astrology by a Jesuit priest, Dixon would know that astrological birth data, distinctly relevant in this instance, require a place. Most likely, as one non-Catholic prophet years later independently had it, again from alleged  vision, the birth was in Syria. (If so, that would suitably make the person like the original Antichrist ante-type, the Syrian Antiochus Epiphanes, defiler of the Jewish temple in 167 BC). It is in any case a fact that until recent times, descendants of the Davidic line, with which possibly the False Messiah would wish to identify, have lived around Damascus. Dixon subsequently reported her “Child” was early taken to and spent time in Egypt as though in imitation of the infant Jesus, then later was brought by his parents to Italy settling in Rome where he would be influencing especially leaders in religion.

Even without the exact pattern supplied by a place of nativity, there are things that distinguish the birth pattern in a way that sends out warning signals for prophecy and which are far more persuasive than anything attributed to the likes of Obama which America-centric obsessions have somehow managed to make out is the Bible’s own dark figure. (It is of course  possible Obama and others could facilitate such a person’s advance – Dixon saw the US as her Child’s chief promoter when finally he would appear and increasingly subject to an undermining deep state – but if so that’s another matter).

Dixon’s “Child”, showed all the inner or so-called personal planets from moon to Saturn exceptionally gathered in Aquarius, sign of the human, while the outer spiritual, trinitarian planets, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto were not in the sign. Neptune (often today called the Christ planet) was however negatively placed relative to the identity-giving sun but conjunct asteroid Lie . Altogether this could indicate the wholly human wisdom of 666 that never reaches the sacred and completion number 7 and perhaps too the premature appearance of a seemingly futuristic wisdom since the age of Aquarius must soon dawn.

Suggestive too was the way that the “ruler” of the Aquarian sun, Uranus, was highlighted and primed for fame by its powerful conjunction with the fame and influence-favouring fixed star of kings, Regulus, in royal Leo. Regulus also conjuncted an asteroid Achristou which over the years I have found to function as an Antichrist symbol, prominent for those like Aleister Crowley into the dark side

Other technicalities feature such as a negative relation to the pattern for Jesus. I have long claimed to possess this (it continues to work and register for Christ events to this day)  and it should be common knowledge to Christians but if this isn’t that it is much due to a Christian demonizing of astrology as so much forbidden “divination” and devilish occultism as opposed to the study of cycles and symbols that the rabbis would see it as being. TIME FRAME FOR APPEARANCE AND A TIME OF CRISIS

It is because they fail to study or understand astrology traditional or modern but promote instead an often wide-of-the-mark “Christian astronomy” the ancient Magi would never have recognized, that there have been so many false calls and errors directed recently upon events. Amuway…..Eclipse effect lasts six months (Lunar) to a year (Solar). And one of the signs of last August’s variously significant solar and lunar eclipses was precisely their relevance unnoticed or unstressed to the birth chart of Dixon’s Child.

Though it’s not only eclipses I would consider in this case, last August’s  solar eclipse with its relevance to the US and Israel and upon which many placed much emphasis for various reasons nevertheless functioned in a way that promised something major, possibly even “now or never” in the life of the promised one. If Dixon’s person existed, I felt he needed to appear as despite some previously helpful and suggestive patterns there had never been quite such a strong a call towards power and influence  and obviously too he would  not be getting younger.

I said  things to this effect in a youtube, Signs Rumours and Forecasts of Apocalypse,  ignoring an important timing point of which presently, and also conceding something to those speculations that insist any return of  Christ should be associated with a Jewish feast – the northern autumn’s  Feast of Trumpets  and the Spring/Summer Pentecost feast make  undeniably plausible claims, including that their precise  exact timing in any year carry some dating uncertainties. Biblical declarations about “not knowing the day nor the hour” might be covered by idioms and customs long insufficiently recognized and understood by gentile Christians.

THE LIMITS OF PLAUSIBILITY

However, I have never  been completely convinced about the feasts as necessarily marking the historically one-off, unprecedented, surprise event of anything like a Rapture and/or Anti Messiah advent.  That the surprise might even be reserved for the (northern) summer outside of any festival, might even be hinted at by Jesus’s apocalypse-relevant parable of the budding fig tree in Matt 24 (the tree being Israel). It is the generation that witnesses the budding  that sees the apocalypse, but those seeing the budding  know  that summer is nigh. This could  hint  any surprise Rapture event is located in summer outside of any feasts. Fig trees bear fruit before their leaves bud and there are two fig harvests, around May/June and then Aug/September. If  there is any significance for timing intended in the mention “summer is nigh”, I gather the Aug/Sept period is likely intended.

As regards those who argue annually for a Pentecost season rapture, strong though their  claims are at the symbolic level (including that this is the most gentile embracing festival and St Paul speaks not just of a last trump but “the Trumpet of God” at Rapture, an expression only ever once used for the first Pentecost  when Moses received the Law), the fact remains that in  2018, and in many years, Pentecost  will never  turn up the necessary celestial signs.  These work with a hierarchy of significance. Neptune, the Christ planet, only goes into its apparent retrograde (a necessary sign of returning) in the second half of the year (mid June onwards). As said, there’s a hierarchy of weight  where signs are concerned, and so despite some oddly suggestive celestial signs, Pentecost 2018’s absent Neptune factor  would by itself cancel out much else.

More to the point for the present article is that when I stated last year that – if he exists – Dixon’s “Child” must appear late 2017 or early this year, I failed to stress how much the eclipses of January (lunar) and February (solar) of 2018 and then even the eclipses of July and August should also count and answer to those of last August and complete any call, thus allowing any full advent to be further delayed.

All one really needs to know and see is whether within  2018 Trump, America and Israel have the chance to reach the stage of some degree of treaty or covenant that a messianic figure could confirm. I consider the chances of this quite strong  – the process could  even start as early as the lunar month beginning June 13th which interestingly conjuncts Trump’s sun and Israel’s Uranus. The Times of Israel has declared details of the treaty to be nearly ready and to be released “this summer” (at the time of writing, the solstice which marks the beginning of summer has just begun). One imagines too that Trump will want to have made his mark in this area before the mid-term elections later this year might render further radical plans impossible. Leaks are suggesting the Treaty could be a subject for August or September – a possible clue to confirm this being the way that Israel’s and America’s peace factor (Venus) are under stress at the July blood eclipse and the August solar eclipse (see next section). One imagines negotiation will be tough and not please everyone no matter what happens.

THE SEVENTIETH YEAR AND TO PREDICT JUST A LITTLE

2018  is a good year for crises and challenges of all kinds in the world generally, and we know that at May14th Israel passed a major milestone, the 70 years or “generation” of its existence. As  already said, Biblical prophecy (like good astrology!)  is not just linear but cyclical. It is for this reason many Jews set store by Jeremiah’s exile, Cyrus and temple relevant prophecy (Jer  29:10,11)  “after seventy years are completed…. I will visit  you and perform my word towards you……to give you a future and a hope”. In short, theoretically now anything dramatic can happen to Israel and/or the Church. Last February’s solar eclipse (valid up to a year)  and itself so potent to the false Messiah’s chart, also hit almost to the minute of a degree on the Moon/Church conjunction for the Pentecost birth of Christianity.

In terms of celestial signs the 70th year does stand out. On July 19th precisely, but somewhat throughout the month, in a fairly rare astronomical event, all the planets  fall on one side of the sun (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3x7hPWKB2c ) – as this could place stress on the earth,  unsurprisingly this has in the past corresponded to an increase in volcanic activity (as though there wasn’t enough in evidence already!….if there is much more volcanic eruption it could begin to darken the sun’s light, another sign of apocalypse).

In the same month on the 27th,  a blue blood moon eclipse, the longest of the century above Jerusalem but visible in most parts of the world,  falls on a minor Jewish festival, Tu B/Av (a sort of Valentine’s day and favoured for marriages) which is the beginning of the grape harvest. It gains in significance in falling at the midpoint of the January 2018 and Jan 2019 Jewish Festival of Trees, rendering it rather more closely a 70th year phenomenon  that could be associated with the apocalyptic associated fig tree. This unusual blood moon eclipse is still further highlighted by rather exceptionally falling midpoint two partial solar eclipses in July and August – normally a lunar eclipse simply precedes or succeeds by a fortnight a single solar eclipse. Interestingly too, Mars like the moon itself which will be a supermoon, is closest to the earth at the time which by tradition would point to tensions and violence but because it is also in its apparent retrograde motion, the symbolism is rather of violence unusual, unexpected  or checked in some fashion; hence something like the peace deal to restrain tensions or some deception regarding war could be in the picture here.

Undeniably the bible does speak of the moon turning to blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord (Acts 2:20). Since however the moon turned to blood in Hebrew and Talmudic tradition can signify no more than a blood moon eclipse, and lunar eclipses with blood moons are not so rare, it is understandable that  some would dub the July lunar “the apocalypse eclipse” simply because so much attaches to it to make it stand out from the usual run of them.

( In addition to what some already see, some things that only I am aware of and that might be relevant are these. The July 27th eclipse falls degree exact on the Mars of Dixon’s false prophet, if he exists, and within a degree of the Antichrist asteroid in the chart of Pentecost/Christianity. This degree and asteroid are opposite the first Pentecost’s conjunction of Uranus, symbol of the Spirit and revolution with Coelum meaning Heaven, Aeternitas meaning Eternity, Semper meaning Always. The opposition could be said to make a sort of agreement with claims based on Paul to the Thessalonians (2 Thess 2:7)  that apocalypse/Rapture is a withdrawal of “the Restrainer”, the Spirit, which is what permits the Antichrist to emerge. And although it is not the identical phenomenon, I must admit that the gathering of the planets on one side of the sun in July recalls the gathering of all the inner planets in Aquarius in the chart of Dixon’s “Child from the East”. As  noted Mars is at its closest point to earth during the July blood eclipse, the sort of thing that normally betokens war or earth movement is in the wings).

So…., “Peace and Security then sudden destruction”? It could be.  The meeting of Trump with Kim showed opportunity aspects and suitably there was opportunity; but the fact that the moon was at the dark before a new lunation by all traditional rules would indicate the end result would likely be disappointment, deception or failure. Sudden destruction could actually be the last word on the matter.

Since Dixon’s false Messiah is the man of the lie and Jupiter conjuncts his Lie asteroid all July, that would be one good time for such a person to make progress in some circles  or even appear  more widely, especially as mid July’s lunation with its sun/moon opposite Pluto at 20 Capricorn could well be promising a month from then that spreads chaos and alarm.(Alternatively or additionally since his birth was on 20 Capricorn, the heat is on Jared Kushner and so, quite likely, the peace accord he has been so involved in preparing for). The full moon eclipse of the 27th July, accidentally or otherwise, falls on the Antichrist’s action orientated Mars and on the Antichrist asteroid in the chart for Christianity. Note that the first seal of Revelation (Rev 6:2) is a white horse rider with a bow who goes out “conquering and to conquer”.

However, not to be dogmatic and recalling lunar eclipses though they may disturb the earth temporarily as in quaking more generally have six month relevance, the Feast of Trumpets in early September could just deliver something too.  I feel confident only to say that if by the end of October no one like Dixon’s orgre has appeared on the world  stage, then he surely cannot exist and her vision must have been false. But if he is for real and will appear then, unless majority modern interpretations of the end times are  quite  mistaken, the anti Messiah will not appear unless and until the Rapture has occurred, which is to say that event would need to occur within months possibly even weeks. The idea might seem improbable, but finally here’s one odd possible hint in  its direction…

AND  FINALLY, TO FACTOR IN HAWAII

Last September and following the time that some Christians were all worked up about the significance of August’s total eclipse, a devout person I know, a former missionary, while visiting Israel believed they were given the peculiar message from God that “the waters have broken” (The times of  the apocalypse are often depicted as a woman in birth travail and birth pangs increase in frequency and intensity).  The message nonetheless seemed so odd  and unexpected the person was happy and relieved  to discover that in October a group of self-declared prophets had agreed upon being given the same word. It should of course mean the delivery is soon. But it hasn’t yet happened. However it’s important to note that contrary to much belief, births don’t automatically begin with the breaking of the waters but at differing times later and only certainly with the onset of contractions.

So let’s conclude with some symbolism and ask should Hawaii  be factored  into the timetable?  Quakes and volcanic activity  (“blood, pillars of fire and drifting smoke”) are also a harbinger of apocalypse. Starting early May, Hawaii’s Big Island began to erupt and it shows no sign of abating now in June. The island lies approximately at the centre of the Pacific Ring of Fire. In modern medical terminology, especially American, the “Ring of Fire” is the name given to the condition after the waters have broken and just before contractions and the head of the foetus begins to emerge.

Is it possible the Hawaiian flow won’t now stop (or stop only for other volcanoes to take over)  until greater crisis ensues? Is it possible the world itself is telling us the world is indeed close to maximum and apocalyptic crisis? All this is speculation, not prophecy and  date setting, but it is not unreasonable speculation in the circumstances.

JERUSALEM AND “APOCALYPTIC” TRUMP

A PERSONAL FATE BEYOND EMBARRASSING FACTS?

President Trump has stated that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and declared for a move, though not immediate, of America’s embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. No nation currently has an embassy in Jerusalem and Trump has made his announcement a few days after the UN (which seventy years ago in 1947 voted for Israel’s statehood) ironically  enough ruled that Israel, despite all the historic claims and associations, has no jurisdiction over or ownership of the city. There is something momentous going on here, and some would even say apocalyptic at this time for reasons of which presently.

Yet whatever the possible truth in broad historical and religious terms, it remains understandably embarrassing to many Christians and others to be told (by mainly Christian conservatives) that a president apparently against the environment, who favours a  person as dubious as Roy Moore, opposes reasonable gun control and even protection for endangered wildlife (perhaps because his son shoots elephants), is God’s own chosen, raised up to do God’s will. Nor are conservative Christians alone in ignoring the problems of their enthusiasm. When Trump was elected, rabbis in Israel were  proposing he was Cyrus, name of a Persian king considered a – not the – Messiah for his decree that  Babylon’s exiled Jews could return to Zion and build the second temple (which to complicate matters today, many Muslims, especially Palestinians, deny ever existed)..

Sometimes truth is paradoxical and ambiguous as in a statement of the Psalms, “surely the wrath of man will praise you” (Ps 76:10). I suggest it is just this in the case of Trump. Neither God nor Christians need approve all Trump does or believes. The point is that he can still be “fated” to bring about certain necessary changes  And to the extent those changes can’t and won’t be attempted by others and within a certain time frame, almost by default Trump is “chosen”.

In terms of religion no minor issue is involved in acknowledging Jerusalem’s special status for what it is – practically it has long functioned as Israel’s capital anyway, its parliament is there – but biblically it is the place God has chosen to put his “Name” or Mark for all generations and where Yahweh will come to dwell  even though, as in Zechariah 3:2, the Satan challenges that and in the end times  all the nations of the world may be against Jerusalem (Zech 12:3)  This is what in many respects even now is the current situation with  the Trump decision  being roundly condemned.  Especially as regards the UN,  doctrines of worldly expediency or appeasement take precedence over any possible issues of divine will or revelation in the matter while the nations of supposed Judaeo-Christian tradition aren’t that in anything like authentic biblical terms if they can be so alienated over a fundamental issue like Jerusalem’s status.

So…. declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel was arguably something Trump’s “in your face” attitude had to do and alone could do at this time, one generation after modern Israel was first voted into existence. Trump’s  action  is arguably part of a sequence of events which can’t now be put on hold and that have something to do with the building before long of the much anticipated and prophetically forecast third temple in Jerusalem.

It would be hard to exaggerate quite how much Trump is “fated” and that the heavens declare it. Both would-be “progressive” liberal Christians who discount biblical prophecy and conservative Christians who deny the self-same astrology that was involved with Christ’s birth, fail to know and recognize the signs of the times with which Trump’s birth pattern has much to do.

TRUMP AS CYRUS?

At birth Trump had his natal Jupiter (anything to do with religion and vocation and the Bethlehem Star itself) conjunct asteroid CYRUS. This same CYRUS was in direct fortunate, opportunity-making trine aspect to TEMPEL (Ger Temple) itself conjunct shocking, novelty-invoking Uranus in Trump’s house of destiny and reputation. POTUS’ great feeling for and belief in Israel is, moreover, indicated by his ISRAEL asteroid in his house of beliefs and religion. Its position for Trump is having some stimulation at present from current transits of both Saturn and Uranus to it, call-of-duty Saturn itself having been conjunct the Galactic Centre, associated with events in religion.

That Trump would always be challenged by and/or make a challenge of Jerusalem itself is clearly indicated by the way that his natal JERUSALEM asteroid at 2 Scorpio falls in modern Israel’s first house opposite the nation\s own JERUSALEM at 3 Taurus in its house of treaties and relation with other peoples. It is of course a divisive decision (though it merely enacts what the American Congress passed twenty two years ago but feared to act upon but which Trump made a campaign promise of). The policy change was virtually guaranteed to occur at this time because of the pattern of the last lunation challenging to Israel’s sector of treaties and embassies and then last weekend’s super moon full moon occurring under difficult aspects but conjunct Israel’s natal Mercury (anything that divides).

Whether peace or war is the aftermath of what has been declared  – and given last August’s eclipse some conflict for Israel seemed likely in the months following – a countdown is now on towards a peace treaty involving Israel and probably some important agreement concerning the Temple Mount. Trump is particularly dedicated to making this which he regards as this deal of deals. A case could be made for the deal and even some arrangement for the temple area falling within the first half of 2018  and following the February solar eclipse.

As many have pointed out and without any astrology prompting them, Israel’s affairs seem to unfold along a peculiar timeline. Starting from 1897 and the foundation of Zionism, 2017 received various year counts 120, 100 70, 50 amounting to a generation, a jubilee and so on that mark turning points in the history of the revived nation. (Seventy years is always biblically significant – the Jews were seventy years in Babylonian exile before their return to Zion).  And as regards the church, at least according to some interpretations, Christ’s parable of the budding fig tree (Matt 24: 32-34) seems to indicate that the generation of the end times, the generation that will witness the apocalypse, is the one that witnesses the historic rebirth of Israel.  But that generation has its time run out either in 2017 one generation after the UN declaration for Israel, or by May 2018 seventy years after Israel was  fully self-declared as a nation in May 1948. This of course raises all sorts of questions, especially if like many one holds that the Antichrist should soon appear (and/or  even  that he cannot appear unless and until the so-called Rapture of the believing prepared part of the church is taken away).

“WITH THE FALL OF DUSK”

What can astrology comment and forecast here…something, anything? In some respects astrology is like philosophy applied to life according to Hegel. He decided philosophia comes “too late to instruct us”. It can only reveal the underlying patterns of history to us after they have occurred so that it is “only with the fall of dusk that the owl of Minerva spreads her wings” to supply wisdom. Actually I believe astrology can do a bit better than that and can forecast some things including because there are cycles and “what has been will be” (Ecc 1:9) so there is repetition or at least theme and variation; but forecasts often don’t hit right because as I stated in a recent youtube (Signs, Rumours and Forecasts of Apocalypse  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBvx_XMAAyU ) often the astrologer can’t even imagine (or only imagine as one of several possibilities) the sort of things the subsequently clear enough signs pointed to and certified  needed to occur. (I cite how the fated nodes exactly conjuncted Israel’s TEMPEL asteroid when earlier this year Jews prayed for the first time in a Jubilee on the Temple Mount. It was exact but I couldn’t have predicted just that).

So, can one see the likes of the advent of an Antichrist, the building of a temple, WW 111, the occurrence of a Rapture? I am not going to embark upon the prospects for such in this article though I’ve offered an educated guess about a treaty and the temple above and touched on these  areas of concern in the mentioned youtube….where I somehow managed to omit just how vital the eclipses of January and Feb of 2018 are in reply and complement to the super significant ones of last August that I emphasized.

What I will say is that even if 2018 produces nothing so extreme as the Rapture or appearance of the Antichrist (which for certain technical reasons in relation to the patterns I must allow to be possible), with the economy quite likely to collapse (economic depression has some association with years when Saturn is in Capricorn as begins soon) and with even scientists now proposing the year will be one of mega-quakes, I suggest 2018 may well anyway seem like the Tribulation itself and that the first seals of judgement have been opened.

AN ASTRONOMY/ASTROLOGY OF APOCALYPSE: COULD THERE BE SUCH?

apocalypse1

ENDINGS AND THE ONE CERTAIN FACT

Nowadays when some sectors of the church are taken up with the subject of end times and there is an abundance of often fanciful You Tube dreams of alleged apocalyptic relevance, it’s ironic that ignored or dismissed is one of the more solid grounds for declarations about our  times as one of endings.

If there was nothing more to derive from the heavens than one indisputable fact (but I will be considering whether there might be more), there is this. An astronomical/astrological era lasts approximately two millennia. The world stands at the end of the same era of Pisces (the fishes) that was inaugurated around the time of Christ’s birth about which magi (astrologers) knew something – including doubtless that among other things Pisces is a sign of suffering and the martyr. Now, as though something was coming full circle, it’s especially Christian faith (whose original secret sign under persecution was once the fish) is either declining in its heartlands, being persecuted in regions of its third world growth and/or suffering persecution, sometimes even genocide, in Muslim majority societies. Some of these were the earliest homes of Christianity too. (Only western secular indifference and PC attitudes affecting media and governments obscure quite how widespread and extreme this situation is).

pisces

In era terms we stand at the equivalent of the final degree of the sign, i.e. 29 degrees of Pisces. That degree conjuncts a star long been regarded as one of the worst in the heavens. And suitably it’s since a total solar eclipse on that degree in March 2015 (and amid a rare and peculiar sequence of blood moon lunar eclipses begun the previous year), that the world as we know it began seriously and more rapidly to unravel. It has been doing so in ways traditionally associated with the negativity of 29 Pisces – drownings, floods, suicides, murders, theft, deception, despair, the victim, the refugee – in short, just the scenario presented by the cruelty and deceit of ISIS, the chaos of mass migration, the genocide of minorities and the natural disasters that destroy whole communities.

As everything returns to the seas of origin and does so with much of the extremism associated with any last (anaretic) degree of a sign, hope among secularists is pinned on a new globalism and among the more spiritual on some would-be all-inclusive religion. Even the current Pope (himself theoretically the last according to the prophecy of St Malachy) seems to be edging in that direction even while Christians die in ways that recall the first Roman persecutions. Overall there’s little more reigns than last degree, last phase chaos, the confusion and blurring of everything amid which the West’s long standing objective ideals of democracy and free speech are threatened by a weak, confused, largely godless political correctness. And paradoxically, the latter often concedes and almost masochistically, to the most extreme of belief systems and customs that can only undermine its own values. (Negatively Pisces is about  masochism and any indiscriminate charity and toleration!).

But serious though it is, does 29 Pisces really bespeak and anticipate the likes of the biblical Tribulation whose occurrence would finish little short of the end of life as we know it? The non astrological answer can be in the affirmative if the times demonstrated a notable continuation of the problems already observed, especially if, like the pattern of natural disasters in recent years, they increased in frequency and/or intensity. That is what birth pangs do, and the apocalyptic end is said to be heralded by precisely “birth pangs” (Matt 24:8) at the same time as harmonious with the mentioned situation of Christianity worldwide, a distinct decline in faith, a “falling away” also features  (Luk 18:8), (2 Thess 2:3). But beyond such general indicators, is there, could there be any astronomy/astrology of apocalypse?

The answer is a conditional yes and here’s why.

astroages

THE PATTERN OF THE AGES

Despite what some imagine, astrology is empirical. It looks to what has happened before under certain factors to see if these will be repeated. Needless to say, earth, society or climate-related apocalypse has never happened in recorded history, though great wars and disasters have always occurred. So there’s no single factor can serve as example. All the same, some real sea changes in human history and consciousness do occur with the change of eras following the precession of the equinox, or apparently so. It follows one can look at that within the narrow frame of known history as a first point. I’ll summarize about this very briefly before considering how the information might fit in and illuminate other issues of our times.

4000 BC to 2000 BC corresponded to the “feminine” age of Taurus the bull whose character as in the development of Egypt’s state cult with its immortality obsessed pyramids necessarily idealized the afterlife and sex mysteries in line with its opposite sign Scorpio. (The character and activities of an era is given by its sign, but its ideals are drawn from its opposite sign, all signs having a positive or negative potential expression-wise).

Taurus was overtaken around 2000 BC by the “masculine”, more patriarchal age of Mars-ruled Aries the Ram, an era of Lebensraum wars as in the Bible and concluding in extreme blood baths as of the Roman arena. Aries’ ideals lay in the opposite sign, Libra, sign of Laws and marriage. The Old Testament covenant and prophecy are very much about Law and marriage. The ideals of many societies of the period were enshrined in their laws.

Two thousand years ago the “feminine” sign of Pisces, a sign “ruled” by grace-bringing Jupiter and compassionate Neptune opened to more female values like forgiveness, generosity and service; but its ideals, when not focussed on Christ himself (whom there is good reason to believe was born under opposite sign Virgo), inclined ever more to the scientific, analytic and material concerns of this earth sign as in Enlightenment philosophy under whose values at least in the West the era is now ending  and standing on the cusp of the next more individualistic and Utopian Aquarius/Leo age.

The fact that Jesus was born in Bethlehem (house of bread, bread being associated with the wheatsheaf and harvest sign, Virgo), fished with fisherman on Galilee, performed the miracle of loaves and fishes, spoke parables of the great harvest etc, distinctly links him and Christianity to the Pisces-Virgo era.

In effect Jesus belongs to the previous age too. He claims to fulfil its Law and becomes the last sacrificed ram/lamb of Aries and the first “fish” or fisherman of Pisces, resurrected like Jonah who emerges from the whale. To the extent Jesus is self-identified in his body with the Temple (Joh 2:19), implicitly and indirectly he may even be said to relate to the remote, earlier Taurus age because the Temple cannot be founded without the ashes of the red heifer, a creature of Taurus.

So, if anything like this astro-historical scheme is accepted, and undeniably the bible’s “dispensations” of Law and Grace do more obviously connect to the succession of the eras than other faiths – Buddhism is over five centuries out and Islam over six centuries -, we can ask another question.  The question is: does the symbolism for the current closing era and then for the succeeding Aquarian era (which biblically would correspond to the  Millennium), betray that these eras are meant to be identified with what is now happening and may soon occur? Does Christ once again straddle the ages and link to the coming Aquarian one? Here are some reasons to think that could be.

STAGES OF RETURN

revelation

Unless many students of prophecy have got it wrong, the Bible appears to divide its end times apocalypse and Second Advent into two parts whose symbolism could be considered striking in context of era symbolism.

Extremely, yet in its way not inconsistently with the extremism of any last degree, there is:

  1. a hidden Return of Christ for the believing prepared (the time when “one shall be taken and the other left” Matt 24:40, often called the Rapture). This effectively delivers persons from the very last trials of the age, namely a Tribulation period under an Antichrist figure.
  2. There is also: an open return of the Messiah to the world that ends the seven year rule of the Antichrist figure and inaugurates the ideal Messianic kingdom.

The first of these endings is evoked and anticipated in Jesus’ apocalyptic parables. These speak in terms of harvest, of prepared virgins/ bridesmaids and the need not to be drunk with the servants etc and so are redolent of key symbols of Pisces and Virgo (both are servant signs and Pisces is often inebriate) and  the whole picture overshadowed by what seems like a sudden great disappearance. Significantly, any state of absence, invisibility and disappearance is associated with Pisces and its ruler Neptune. That would cover for the end of an era in an extreme of its nature.

The second of these scenarios is about almost the opposite, namely a very visible event, sudden and surprising (the other event was that also but under cover of invisibility). This event is compared to lightning going from one end of heaven to the other (Matt 24:27). The image is harmonious with the lightning glyph of Aquarius, a sign ruled by Uranus, planet of the sudden and surprising and the very opposite of hidden. So this bespeaks a sudden and absolute irruption of the new era.

The biblical Millennium is effectively a Utopia, a concept beloved of Aquarians (the word and concept was invented by an Aquarian, Thomas Moore).

What is almost the biblical clincher for the assumption that the age to follow any Piscean breakdown is the Aquarian age and that consequently apocalypse is not to be seen as  in some far distant future or never, is this…..

Whether Ezekiel’s prophecy of the end times, millennial temple is more a symbolic vision of various realities or the forecast of a literal temple, either way the fact is its walls are decorated with figures of cherubim who have two faces, one a man, one a lion (Ex 41:18-19).

This has to be the archetypal man of Aquarius with its opposite ideal-supplying sign, Leo, the sign of the lion and royalty. And as Christ is “the Lion of the tribe of Judah” and in specifically the apocalyptic book of Revelation (Rev 5:5) in which he comes to claim his kingdom, once again the messianic connection fits.

THE ALBERT SCHWEITZER MISTAKE

schweitzer

One other piece of symbolism from a parable of Jesus would support ideas that the present Pisces to Aquarius era cross-over could be indicated for apocalyptic events.

There is a theory, popularized by the notable Albert Schweitzer in his The Quest of the Historical Jesus (1906), that Jesus was a failed apocalyptic prophet who wrongly foresaw the end time as happening soon and for his own generation “this generation will not pass away…..(Luk 21:32). One point used to support this hypothesis if anything denies it.

Given various biblical references, the fig tree of the parable is reasonably enough often believed to be Israel, its people and nation. It is when it sprouts forth new buds there will be a generation who sees the apocalypse. Israel at the time of Jesus was not a united people, not a nation, but a divided colony. Israel would not be reconstituted as a people and a nation until modern times.

A biblical generation can be 120 years, 70 years, 40 years or even the 50 years of a Jubilee. The fact remains however that Israel is currently 68 years old from its modern foundation in 1948 (following a UN vote for its existence in 1947). At that rate one could argue, and many now do, that an apocalyptic scenario should begin soon….which if so would obviously associate it with end of Piscean era events.

THE ENIGMA OF THE ALLEGED GREAT SIGN OF 2017

sept23

The following is a peculiar, increasingly emphasized apocalyptic speculation. It does not originate with me and I have serious questions about it, but it is appropriate to comment on it here given its unusually astronomical/astrological nature by the standards of those who normally exclude such an emphasis from their prophetic speculations…..

Pointing to a possible apocalyptic scenario and even rather soon, is what some perceive as an unusual astronomical sign of the northern autumn of 2017. It falls just after Israel’s two day Feast of Trumpets (falling specifically on the autumn solstice 0 Libra which means a world point in astrology) and in relation to the constellation of Virgo. Some believe the rare pattern constituted corresponds to the “great sign” (portent) in the heavens of Revelation 12. Whether it does or not, biblically the sign has always invited serious examination. The bible talks about “signs” but not a “great sign” or “portent” in this way that seeks almost to draw attention to itself. And if the skies of 2017 do hold what Revelation might anciently have been referring to, then that pattern would undeniably be a rarity not seen in thousands of years.

Even if the right factors are being correctly observed and there is thus some apocalyptic significance, obviously it could still be a general one rather than the time indicator of one event.  And  it’s a crucial question, one embarrassing even to those convinced of a portent but who don’t wish to be mere date setters, whether the sign is timing a specific event like the Rapture and/or the onset of the Tribulation( whose timing it was long thought we weren’t meant to know anyway) or just pointing to imminence more generally.

Before proceeding to the sign astronomically, it is necessary to consider its symbolism and why the scenario of Revelation 12, often associated in especially Catholicism with the Church and Marian doctrine, is getting associated today with a more Protestant doctrine of end-times.. The modern take on the sign is logical enough.

THE WOMAN AND THE THREATENED CHILD

The given scenario is one in which a crowned woman (clothed with the sun and with the moon under her feet and twelve stars at her head) gives birth to a man child who will rule the world but who is snatched to heaven away from a seven headed, ten horned dragon. The frustrated dragon seeks to devour the woman who flees into the wilderness where she will be preserved for a period half that of the seven year, world-destroying Tribulation.

Tradition has to be wrong about this vision. It is not and cannot be about the lives of Jesus and the Virgin. Jesus is understood to have ascended to heaven triumphantly having conquered evil. He is not described as snatched to heaven to avoid the forces of evil. Mary moreover is widely believed to have ended her days in Ephesus; she did not have to flee anywhere actually or symbolically, certainly not to any desert.

The snatching away however is the same harpazo verb St Paul applies in his epistles to the Rapture/transformation of prepared believers at the Last Trump. The woman ought therefore to be Israel or the Virgin daughter, Jerusalem who (within John the Revelator’s lifetime has just given birth to the new and persecuted messianic faith (the first Christians were Jews) even if not all Israel accepts it and will accordingly experience the end of the era differently from those of the faith. She will not herself be snatched away but she will be protected during the time of increasing troubles on earth the Tribulation..

Granted the woman’s “man child” who will subdue the nations sounds as though it could be Christ to the extent this looks to a stated future role of the Messiah (Ps 2: 4-7, Rev 2:27 etc). But since it was early Christian doctrine that believers must share in the rule of Christ over the future kingdom, the man child is better seen as a reflection of Christ, or even his “body”, finally unified with him in the Rapture/resurrection of the Last Trump. Elsewhere the church is the bride, but as with all symbolism there is a certain fluidity. It is not the church’s devotional relationship to Christ but its role more politically that seem to be hinted at. (Personally I believe the man child could be the symbolic equivalent of the Puer  or boy/youth archetype functioning here as an alternative symbol to the Bride because the Puer archetype has considerable association with flight and Gaymede type myth of being seized to precisely heaven). It is because of this resurrection/transformation that any kind of contribution to organizing the next era in the wake of  Tribulation’s apocalyptic disasters is possible for anyone in addition to Christ.(Rev 20:4).

So…is the “great sign” in Virgo something to do with the cut-off event of a Rapture and an end of the age whose absolutely last brief phase is the period of historically unparalleled Tribulation? The main events of Jesus’ known earthly life and the church’s foundation corresponded to or ”fulfilled” the spring to summer festivals of the Jewish calendar. Any future events involving Jesus ought to engage the autumn festivals of which the Feast of Trumpets would be one, indeed the first in sequence.

While as said I don’t consider the 2017 sign, if relevant, need absolutely time or introduce the season of  Rapture/ Tribulation, if one cares to suppose that it does then wouldn’t that anyway just be more of that tired and tiresome “date setting” that flies in the face of all gospel talk like that of Matt 25:15 about not knowing the day nor the hour etc?

trumpets

AN ADVENT MYSTERY HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT?

,,,,,The surprising, at first sight heretical answer is “not necessarily”  because it seems something very important may have got hidden in plain sight, is encoded and marks something we could usefully be aware of. More than not knowing the day nor the hour, what most of us didn’t know was the Jewish custom and expression that was second nature for Jesus in speaking of apocalypse.

It now looks as though Jesus projected the whole apocalyptic theme upon the cosmos. The Feast of Trumpets was traditionally associated with marriage and the marriage of the Messiah (the Christian “Marriage of the Lamb”). Marriages lasted seven days (and note the “Marriage of the Lamb” occurs during the seven years of end-of-era Tribulation), and the Feast of Trumpets which was the New Year and beginnings festival in the northern autumn, was traditionally a favourite time for unions. The festival lasted across two days from a new moon agreed upon by rabbis who had actually witnessed it with their eyes. It was also customarily never certain when the bridegroom would leave his father’s house for the house of his bride’s parents. Only the father would know  as per Matt 24:36.

The message may be that events like the Rapture and/or the onset of Tribulation could only be associated in any era or year with the new beginnings of the annual Feast of Trumpets. Since the Feast lasts more than a day and, as said, the Father alone knows when the Bridegroom departs for the bride, it’s true that no one could ever exactly know which day or time marriage would take place. But one could know it generally, and St Paul possibly hints (1 Cor 15:52) that its time (somewhere or anywhere in the world but most likely Jerusalem) would be around sundown because “in the twinkling of an eye” can mean that as opposed to just suddenly. The Last trump of many blasts at the festival should be at sundown.

So…supposing the sign in the heavens which perfects on the 23rd of September 2017 (just after the Feast which is slated to fall in 2017 across the 21st and 22nd) is timing, or is forecasting as imminent, or recapitulating as just having occurred, a major event of that season? It’s possible. And if so that could parallel the first advent of Christ which prophetically has a dimension of suddenness and surprise (“and the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to his temple” Mal 3:1) at the same time as (helped by the book of Daniel) the when of advent was approximately known in Israel which was rife with messianic expectation in Jesus’ lifetime. But now we have to look at the 2017 event itself astronomically and here there are problems some fail to see or acknowledge.

[As of February 2018 I have become more convinced that if there is any possible indication of a time and season in any year they apply to the season of Pentecost rather than Trumpets including because St Paul does refer not just to a last trump but The Trumpet of God, an expression exclusively applied in the Bible to Pentecost. See my more recent article Peace and Security and the Antichrist Maybe https://wp.me/p2v96G-ZR  ]

A SIGN TROPICAL AND SIDEREAL

The alleged phenomenon of 2017 involves how one regards a highlighting of the Virgo region of the heavens. There is a constellation of Virgo the Virgin.  Below and adjoining her are the constellations of Hydra and Drago – the latter two almost certainly have some bearing on Revelation’s image of the seven headed dragon pursuing the pregnant woman, while above Virgo is the regal constellation of Leo.  With its nine stars, although it’s a separate constellation, Leo can if one likes be seen as a kind of crown to Virgo, or becoming such when very exceptionally three transiting planets (not stars) make the pattern up to twelve. But why should anyone assume this against customary understanding?

More traditionally the star cluster of 12 stars, Coma Berenices (Berenice’s lock), is itself seen as a sort of twelve starred crown to Virgo  not the stars of Leo plus some rare transits. Virgo with Coma  Berenices with its twelve stars is almost certainly what the Revelator was referring to. This is a serious problem one can have with the 2017 speculation.  Another is that every year in northern autumn the sun will be at the head and descend over the constellation Virgo radiating or clothing it and the moon will pass somewhere at her feet though only exactly every 19 years. In 2017 however, those who think that Leo’s stars should constitute Virgo’s crown, and planetary  transits make up the requisite 12 stars to “crown” the woman, will also stress that the likewise cyclical (but once every 11/12 year) movement of Jupiter, the king and messianic planet, have been in Virgo from November 2016 into September 2017 signalling pregnancy, emerging between the woman’s legs marking a suitable gestation period there.

But again this is to take liberties. There is not the precise nine months some non astronomers and non astrologers imagine because the forward and apparent retrograde motions of Jupiter take it outside the confines of the womb area during the total transit period which is more like ten months.  (This is an objection visually demonstrated by religion writer, Joel Richardson, in his You Tube  at  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8qn6rvvQNw  which all those pushing the 23rd September sign should absorb). Further confusion is occasioned by the fact that many of us would say Jupiter was anyway in Libra rather than Virgo in 2017 though this touches on a technicality of measurements.

There are two forms of astrological and astronomical measurement: the tropical which measures all signs from 0 Aries in any given year, and the sidereal astrology little used today outside India, which calculates from what is seen against the backdrop of the constellations. In tropical astrology the signs, called after the zodiacal constellations, are measured in 30 degree sectors from O Aries in the northern spring when the sun crosses the ecliptic. The vernal point is what moves very slowly backwards across time against the literal constellations. It is this movement marks the change of eras as described above. As it happens, if one disregards the visual zodiac entirely, there is enough of potential significance for the relevant period employing the tropical system.

I have long wondered, and long before any theories of the alleged special sign of Sept 23rd,  about the possible significance of the latter part of 2017, I have done so since among other things I claim to possess the correct, still working data for the Pentecost AD 30 foundation of the church. Within its pattern I have for example always considered factors such as  the late Libra degrees important as reflecting certain early Christian notions of endings and apocalypse. (End times issues often crop up significantly with the area around 26 Libra. The egregious Harold Camping who poured millions into advertising a false Rapture date, was born with his natal sun in negative square to 26 Libra). This and other factors stand to be affected.

Then too, latter half 2017 has religious significance in its own right without any crowning from Leo. The mere fact that Uranus and Jupiter aspect the Galactic Centre  in September/October and Saturn in November conjuncts it, arguably points to something. The GCentre is at 26 Sagittarius, itself the sign of organized religions and the GC is associated with various upheavals and events in religion (might Saturn there herald a period of restriction or tribulation?). There is besides the matter of the Antichrist. If that person exists and corresponds to the individual the late Jeane Dixon saw birthed in 1962 in the vision she considered the point of her life and such gifts as she had, then that person with their exceptional birth pattern must appear late 2017 or early 2018. No chance would ever again occur during their lifetime to put world power and influence into their hands. And to at any rate many students of the prophetic, the Antichrist can only appear post Rapture. And then, under any system one applies, on Sept 23rd it happens that the moon will be conjunct comet C67 and by tradition comets are not bearers of good news, rather they warn the world.

[As of Feb 2018 and as per my article Peace and Security and the Antichrist Maybe   https://wp.me/p2v96G-ZR     I realize I failed to take sufficiently into account how the eclipses of Jan and Feb of this year reply to and augment those of last August in a way that allows any appearance of an Antichrist to be extented further into 2018 than just the beginning…….Curiously, in early Feb –  I see conflicting dates –  it was noted by many prophecy watchers that the Stock Exchange dropped by 666 points in one day. What they didn’t observe or perhaps didn’t know. is that in that part of the year on Feb 5th is the birthday of Dixon’s supposed Antichrist. Just possibly the economic disturbance highlights this year for an appearance which, if the person  exists, his data point to. He should instigate a new  currency as part of a new world order. Oddly enough The Economist magazine in Britain way back in 1988 for whatever reason forecast that 2018 would see the introduction of a world currency called the Phoenix]

So, mystery and questions remain even if we dismiss the alleged Sept 23rd sign

THROUGH A GLASS DARKLY BUT EVEN SO…

Horoscope

Even if you doubt that specifically 2017 and its sign heralds the extraordinary and question if we are quite at the end of an era (despite widespread feeling amid already high stress levels that we surely are), the fact remains that if life is unusually and violently disturbed that situation is not about to improve. From early 2018 the world will begin to feel renewed effects of the historically wars and disasters associated Saturn/Pluto cycle which oversaw WW 1 and 2. It may well oversee WW 111 before decade’s end, even if that doesn’t correspond to the wars of the Antichrist as such. But trouble there will be so that forewarned is forearmed.

Anyone could be more and better forearmed given awareness of matters that inside and outside the churches aren’t known or taught because of a narrow intellectual and spiritual legacy. This is one that despite the Magi at Christ’s birth denies anything can be known via the heavens and astrology (the latter simply the symbolic interpretation of what astronomical data reveal).

If only to avoid embarrassing errors, it is high time the churches became more acquainted with astrology. They should do so not just because from the Magi it is a key to elements of the faith and is not the biblically forbidden “divination” some make it out to be – the Talmud and the Essenes would never had used it if such were the case – but to avoid the exaggerated claims that pass for Christian “prophecy” when celestial signs get treated without context or background.

A chronic example has been the fuss about the red moons. I believe they represent something but only within a larger picture and they could never hope to be sufficiently appreciated without some knowledge of astrology. Indeed, one of the reasons I am prepared to listen to claims re the sign of 2017 is because it’s preceded by what look to be significant eclipses both in their own right and as they connect to certain patterns like that for Christianity’s foundational Pentecost. Also it’s desirable and normal for world shaking events to find some planet or descriptive asteroid on one of the six world points and I find something of that too. One can’t like Biltz, Hagee etc just draw attention to a red moon, declare it a sign and start forecasting. It’s not what the Magi did and it’s not what the astrologer should do today (though some might say almost anything for sensation!). The astrologically illiterate Biltz, Hagee line is little short of the omen astrology (looking at the heavens and uttering as opposed to the study of connecting cycles, degree patterns and symbols) that biblical prophets condemned.

TOWARDS AN ASTRO-THEOLOGY

Some basic knowledge of astrology, indeed the language of astro-theology, would be enlightening and make it harder for certifiably failed prophets like Jonathan Cahn to make sensational forecasts of doom for dates which don’t show the kind of negative potential alleged. The irony however is that the likes of Cahn will still be published, still invited to Christian media channels despite repeated errors, something the bible allows to no self-declared prophet, while by long tradition the astrologer remains the persona non grata, the unbiblical heretic, even the black magician (the early church father, Origen, called the Magi devil worshippers and Bishop St John Chrysostom thought astrology was so evil it would have been better if they had never come to Christ’s birth. Clearly there’s a problem here!)

Escaping Herod, the Magi disappear into the night carrying their secrets with them. At the end of the age their mission heralded, can we finally know what they knew and more that we should know today? I strongly maintain so and because, as T.S.Eliot has it in Little Gidding :

We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive at where we started
And know the place for the first time.

With the facts, data, interpretations and revelations of Testament of The Magi: Mysteries of the Birth and Life of Christ (none of it so far of any interest to secular media which is ever less Christian and ever more anti Christian), you can go back to Christ’s origins  and then from there through to the present in ways never before experienced. And perhaps, like the wise bridesmaids of the parable, you can more easily keep the lights burning, ready for anything.

A BOOK: TESTAMENT OF THE MAGI

With this book the mysteries of Magi, the Bethlehem Star and much more are certifiably solved. The data, still working for Jesus issues and events to this day, is fingerprint exact down to the last descriptive asteroid and Part.  The book radically develops a theory about Christ’s birth first proposed in the 70s by a notable Austrian astronomer Ferrari D’Occhieppo and enlarged upon in some aspects by the British astrophysicist, David Hughes. In his The Infancy Narratives (2012) Pope Benedict cited the D’Occhieppo thesis which he thought plausible but wondered what we should make of it. What indeed when the theory was still incomplete?

This book completes the edifice to a point it could not now be improved upon or seriously rivalled….. A big claim but that is almost the problem. Many may  prefer to ignore the evidence simply because it is so impossible to dismiss; and of course within religion let along the secular world, there is a huge prejudice against “astrology” to the point it is almost impossible to be heard. But here is a picture that defies statistical probability, one it that couldn’t be invented. No previous theories work or not sufficiently across the range of issues that must always be addressed in advancing any claim to have discovered the holy grail of all stargazing. Arguably this book belongs to the times discussed in the article above. Secrets of the beginning of the era can perhaps only be disclosed at that same era’s end.
